DJS Administrative Services

DJS Administrative Services is a company created to assist parties through the various stages of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings.  The role of DJS Administrative Services is simply to coordinate and direct all scheduling aspects of the ADR process to make sure the process stays on track and timely proceeds through all phases of the ADR process pursuant to the agreed upon rules of procedure.   DJS Administrative Services accomplishes this by maintaining constant communication with the parties or their representatives throughout each phase of the ADR process. 

It is important to note that all decisions regarding mediators, arbitrators, and actual dates will be determined by agreement of the parties or their representatives, and not DJS Administrative Services.
